do_v if_o he_o shall_v be_v sick_a and_o hear_v of_o any_o riot_n etc._n etc._n intend_v to_o be_v do_v he_o may_v send_v his_o servant_n to_o repress_v it_o or_o to_o bring_v the_o offender_n realm_n speedy_o to_o interrupt_v and_o prevent_v present_a mischief_n &_o to_o disperse_v malefactor_n barrator_n and_o other_o riotor_n in_o their_o very_a first_o meeting_n and_o encounter_n and_o so_o far_o as_o may_v be_v to_o part_n and_o cut_v off_o the_o quarrel_n before_o it_o grow_v to_o any_o head_n or_o extremity_n which_o peradventure_o will_v not_o be_v easy_o pacify_v if_o one_o of_o c.li_o yet_o the_o sage_n of_o the_o realm_n and_o the_o wisdom_n of_o the_o interpreter_n of_o the_o law_n riot_n the_o justice_n must_v have_v notice_n of_o the_o riot_n have_v think_v it_o of_o such_o offence_n and_o every_o of_o they_o by_o the_o oath_n of_o twelve_o good_a and_o lawful_a inhabitant_n of_o the_o shire_n limit_v in_o their_o commission_n in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o if_o such_o offence_n have_v be_v commit_v upon_o the_o land_n within_o the_o same_o shire_n and_o every_o indictment_n find_v and_o present_v before_o such_o commissioner_n of_o any_o treason_n felony_n robbery_n murder_n manslaughter_n or_o such_o other_o offence_n commit_v or_o do_v in_o or_o upon_o the_o sea_n or_o in_o or_o upon_o any_o river_n haven_n or_o creek_n shall_v be_v good_a and_o effectual_a in_o the_o law_n and_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n happen_v to_o be_v indict_v for_o any_o such_o offence_n do_v upon_o the_o sea_n or_o in_o any_o other_o place_n above_o limit_v than_o such_o order_n process_n judgement_n and_o execution_n shall_v be_v use_v have_v do_v and_o make_v to_o and_o against_o every_o such_o person_n and_o person_n so_o be_v indict_v as_o against_o traitor_n felon_n and_o murderer_n for_o treason_n felony_n robbery_n murder_n or_o other_o such_o offence_n do_v upon_o the_o land_n as_o by_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n be_v accustom_v and_o the_o trial_n of_o such_o offence_n or_o offence_n if_o it_o be_v deny_v by_o the_o offendor_n or_o offender_n shall_v be_v have_v by_o xij_o lawful_a man_n inhabit_v in_o the_o shire_n limit_v in_o such_o commission_n which_o shall_v be_v direct_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a hundred_o no_o challenge_n for_o the_o hundred_o and_o no_o challenge_n to_o be_v have_v for_o the_o hundred_o and_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v convict_v of_o any_o such_o offence_n or_o offence_n by_o verdict_n confession_n or_o process_n by_o authority_n of_o any_o such_o commission_n shall_v have_v
