of_o power_n and_o act_n of_o abuse_a power_n but_o of_o this_o more_o than_o enough_o before_o 3._o but_o he_o will_v answer_v more_o particular_o so_o he_o have_v need_v what_o be_v it_o he_o that_o bear_v the_o sword_n that_o be_v have_v the_o supreme_a power_n give_v commission_n to_o under-minister_n for_o justice_n and_o to_o other_o officer_n for_o the_o militia_n if_o therefore_o the_o resistance_n of_o those_o though_o abuse_v their_o power_n be_v a_o resistance_n of_o the_o power_n so_o it_o be_v also_o of_o these_o answ_n i_o grant_v all_o for_o it_o proceed_v only_o of_o minister_n abuse_v power_n commit_v to_o they_o not_o of_o excess_n of_o power_n i_o will_v retort_v it_o like_a as_o if_o when_o the_o supreme_a give_v commission_n of_o justice_n to_o a_o judge_n and_o he_o exceed_v unto_o act_n without_o the_o compass_n of_o his_o commission_n be_v but_o a_o private_a man_n in_o those_o act_n and_o may_v be_v resist_v so_o if_o commission_n of_o arm_n be_v
