be_v but_o how_o can_v i_o in_o reason_n be_v oblige_v to_o believe_v this_o interpretation_n upon_o the_o account_n of_o their_o assertion_n whilst_o i_o know_v it_o to_o be_v deny_v by_o other_o of_o equal_a credit_n and_o great_a authority_n and_o if_o that_o interpretation_n be_v not_o a_o sufficient_a promulgation_n of_o this_o suppose_a law_n how_o be_o i_o that_o have_v either_o no_o other_o or_o no_o better_a evidence_n for_o it_o oblige_v by_o it_o though_o it_o be_v a_o law_n and_o if_o i_o be_v not_o why_o may_v i_o not_o act_v in_o faith_n especial_o when_o i_o be_o command_v by_o just_a authority_n to_o the_o act_n notwithstanding_o my_o doubt_n whether_o that_o interpretation_n may_v not_o possible_o be_v true_a why_o may_v i_o not_o persuade_v myself_o that_o if_o this_o shall_v be_v the_o sense_n of_o the_o commandment_n i_o be_o not_o at_o all_o oblige_v by_o it_o till_o i_o have_v some_o better_a evidence_n thereof_o or_o 2._o let_v the_o question_n be_v whether_o it_o be_v lawful_a to_o use_v any_o set_a form_n of_o prayer_n it_o be_v certain_a this_o be_v no_o where_o express_o forbid_v in_o scripture_n but_o some_o divine_n have_v judge_v it_o be_v learn_v from_o thence_o we_o must_v therefore_o search_v the_o scripture_n 5.39_o john_n 5.39_o for_o in_o they_o we_o think_v to_o have_v everlasting_a life_n it_o concern_v we_o to_o examine_v diligent_o what_o work_v condition_n or_o qualification_n be_v by_o they_o require_v to_o attain_v this_o end_n and_o to_o prevent_v all_o error_n in_o this_o inquiry_n i_o hold_v it_o necessary_a to_o give_v this_o praemonition_n viz._n that_o it_o will_v not_o be_v so_o safe_a to_o rest_v altogether_o upon_o the_o declaration_n of_o any_o one_o text_n for_o the_o perfect_a resolution_n of_o to_o the_o command_n of_o the_o saviour_n the_o lorâ—_n jesus_n therefore_o this_o right_n of_o justification_n conferrâ—â—_n upon_o the_o condition_n of_o such_o a_o engagement_n can_v nâ—_n be_v
