absolute_a or_o a_o unlimited_a power_n over_o the_o people_n for_o as_o the_o people_n be_v govern_v by_o and_o under_o he_o so_o the_o law_n direct_v how_o he_o be_v to_o govern_v they_o but_o in_o this_o nation_n as_o in_o every_o commonwealth_n govern_v by_o a_o settle_a law_n occasion_n oft_o happen_v to_o do_v such_o thing_n as_o the_o rule_n of_o that_o law_n can_v warrant_v therefore_o necessary_a it_o be_v to_o have_v a_o power_n to_o supply_v those_o defect_n and_o that_o be_v the_o office_n and_o true_a use_n of_o a_o parliament_n which_o authority_n right_o consider_v be_v of_o 20000._o l._n the_o week_n be_v lay_v upon_o they_o which_o do_v although_o it_o a_o mount_v to_o twice_o treble_a the_o charge_n of_o quarter_a still_o the_o soldier_n must_v be_v bilit_v and_o whole_a nation_n we_o see_v these_o westminster-man_n sometime_o judge_v it_o fit_a that_o the_o citizen_n shall_v enjoy_v all_o their_o liberty_n and_o privilege_n present_o upon_o that_o even_o by_o that_o nor_o any_o other_o act_n of_o these_o tyrant_n bind_v one_o minute_n long_o than_o they_o please_v and_o all_o this_o consonant_n to_o these_o their_o new_a principle_n for_o these_o man_n tell_v we_o their_o will_n be_v the_o law_n we_o have_v no_o other_o judge_n upon_o earth_n either_o in_o soul_n or_o body_n say_v they_o but_o themselves_o far_o otherwise_o it_o be_v with_o the_o people_n of_o this_o nation_n under_o the_o king_n the_o king_n neither_o have_v nor_o claim_v power_n to_o tax_v the_o people_n or_o impose_v upon_o their_o estate_n but_o as_o the_o know_a law_n permit_v when_o the_o king_n have_v once_o make_v his_o grant_n either_o of_o land_n office_n power_n or_o authority_n he_o be_v conclude_v he_o can_v recall_v it_o or_o take_v to_o himself_o any_o thing_n in_o lieu_n thereof_o therefore_o shall_v the_o king_n quit_v his_o tenant_n of_o the_o foresay_a tenor_n and_o put_v down_o the_o court_n of_o ward_n it_o may_v proper_o be_v say_v a_o act_n of_o grace_n and_o bounty_n and_o so_o it_o be_v in_o all_o other_o thing_n grant_v by_o he_o
