entitle_v thereby_o to_o all_o the_o profit_n perquisites_n right_n and_o due_n incident_a and_o belong_v thereunto_o as_o also_o the_o person_n that_o shall_v be_v so_o admit_v to_o any_o lecture_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v thereby_o enable_v according_a to_o the_o establishment_n and_o constitution_n of_o such_o lecture_n to_o preach_v therein_o and_o to_o have_v and_o receive_v the_o stipend_n or_o profit_n to_o such_o lecture_n belong_v provide_v always_o that_o no_o person_n who_o shall_v be_v nominate_v or_o present_v for_o approbation_n as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v conclude_v by_o any_o vote_n of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n which_o shall_v pass_v in_o the_o negative_a as_o to_o his_o approbation_n unless_o for_o reasonable_a cause_n and_o that_o nine_o or_o more_o of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n be_v present_a at_o such_o vote_n and_o that_o the_o name_n of_o the_o refuser_n be_v register_v in_o a_o book_n to_o be_v keep_v for_o that_o purpose_n whereunto_o any_o person_n may_v resort_v and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o all_o patron_n of_o any_o benefice_n that_o be_v now_o void_a shall_v within_o six_o month_n next_o after_o the_o 15_o day_n of_o march_n aforesaid_a and_o of_o any_o benefice_n that_o shall_v hereafter_o be_v void_a within_o six_o month_n next_o after_o the_o avoidance_n of_o the_o same_o present_v unto_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o five_o of_o they_o some_o fit_a person_n to_o be_v admit_v and_o for_o default_n of_o such_o presentation_n within_o that_o time_n the_o presentation_n for_o that_o turn_n whereas_o for_o the_o better_a maintenance_n of_o preach_a minister_n several_a augmentation_n have_v be_v heretofore_o grant_v be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o all_o person_n or_o p●rson_n to_o who_o after_o the_o say_v 15_o day_n of_o march_n any_o augmentation_n shall_v be_v grant_v before_o he_o or_o they_o receive_v the_o same_o shall_v obtain_v the_o approbation_n of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o five_o of_o they_o as_o a_o person_n qualify_v as_o be_v before_o mention_v and_o in_o case_n of_o approbation_n such_o approbation_n shall_v be_v enter_v by_o the_o say_a register_n who_o under_o his_o hand_n shall_v also_o signify_v the_o same_o to_o such_o person_n or_o person_n as_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v authorize_v to_o pay_v such_o augmentation_n who_o be_v hereby_o require_v and_o authorize_v from_o time_n to_o time_n to_o pay_v the_o person_n or_o person_n so_o approve_v such_o augmentation_n as_o shall_v be_v grant_v as_o aforesaid_a unto_o he_o or_o shall_v not_o be_v construe_v to_o extend_v unto_o any_o benefice_n ecclesiastical_a that_o be_v not_o presentative_a before_o the_o ordinance_n for_o the_o abolition_n of_o bishop_n nor_o to_o any_o lecture_n preach_v or_o read_v in_o any_o of_o the_o university_n or_o other_o college_n provide_v also_o and_o be_v it_o hereby_o enact_v that_o all_o minister_n have_v parochial_a charge_n do_v read_v the_o scripture_n preach_v administer_v the_o sacrament_n of_o baptism_n and_o the_o lord_n supper_n catechise_v and_o perform_v all_o other_o duty_n according_a to_o the_o directory_n for_o the_o public_a worship_n of_o god_n establish_v by_o ordinance_n of_o parliament_n the_o three_o of_o january_n 1644._o provide_v also_o and_o be_v it_o hereby_o enact_v that_o the_o feé_v upon_o every_o approbation_n and_o admission_n be_v only_a thirteén_n shilling_n and_o four_o penny_n that_o be_v to_o the_o register_n six_o shilling_n eight_o penny_n only_o &_o the_o other_o six_o
