AN ACT IMPOWERING JUDGES FOR PROBATE of VVILLS And Granting ADMINISTRATIONS BE it Enacted by this present Parliament and by the Authority thereof That John Sadler John Sparrow and Samuel Moyer Esqs be and are hereby nominated and appointed Iudges for the Probate of Wills and granting Administrations And the said John Sadler John Sparrow and Samuel Moyer or any two of them are hereby Authorized Impowered and Required to Hear Order Determine Adjudge and Decree in all matters and things as Iudges for the Probate of Wills and Granting of Administrations in as full large and ample maner as any other Iudge or Iudges for Probate of Wills and Granting of Administrations at any time heretofore might or ought lawfully to do To have hold exercise and enjoy the said Office or Place of Iudges for Probate of Wills and Granting of Administrations until the Thirtieth day of June One thousand six hundred fifty and nine and no longer ORdered by the Parliament That this Act be forthwith Printed and Published Passed the 19th of May 1659.
