pretence_n of_o the_o double_v ordinance_n over_o and_o above_o what_o will_v satisfy_v the_o principal_a money_n advance_v upon_o the_o say_a ordinance_n according_a to_o irish_a measure_n as_o governor_n or_o governor_n and_o council_n of_o ireland_n for_o the_o time_n be_v after_o advice_n therein_o have_v with_o both_o house_n of_o parliament_n there_o and_o what_o order_n or_o order_n shall_v be_v by_o they_o after_o such_o advice_n resolve_v upon_o and_o record_v in_o the_o high_a court_n of_o chancery_n shall_v be_v as_o good_a effectual_a and_o bind_v to_o all_o intent_n and_o
