prisoner_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o have_v no_o knowledge_n or_o can_v come_v to_o the_o knowledge_n of_o the_o say_a act_n which_o be_v never_o publish_v it_o be_v impossible_a for_o he_o to_o take_v any_o benefit_n of_o the_o save_v therein_o contain_v or_o to_o set_v forth_o any_o claim_n or_o title_n to_o any_o part_n of_o the_o say_a estate_n though_o never_o so_o good_a perfect_a and_o absolute_a in_o law_n or_o equity_n whatsoever_o which_o otherwise_o he_o will_v most_o ready_o have_v do_v and_o so_o no_o default_n in_o he_o therein_o and_o for_o that_o your_o petitioner_n thomas_n brewer_n have_v be_v and_o now_o be_v sue_v for_o many_o of_o the_o say_a debt_n enter_v into_o with_o and_o for_o the_o say_a earl_n and_o for_o which_o the_o say_a estate_n be_v make_v over_o as_o aforesaid_a and_o which_o your_o petitioner_n tho._n brewer_n be_v no_o way_n able_a to_o satisfy_v or_o pay_v but_o if_o proceed_v against_o his_o person_n must_o as_o a_o pawn_n or_o prey_n in_o perpetual_a prison_n and_o for_o that_o the_o lord_n cottingtons_n land_n pass_v by_o the_o say_a act_n be_v upon_o enquiry_n and_o as_o your_o petitioner_n be_v inform_v and_o doubt_v know_v thereof_o and_o for_o that_o the_o say_a earl_n land_n be_v so_o long_o since_o settle_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o upon_o so_o good_a valuable_a and_o equitable_a consideration_n and_o concern_v your_o petitioner_n the_o say_a creditor_n who_o be_v many_o of_o they_o poor_a widow_n and_o orphan_n and_o who_o together_o with_o your_o petitioner_n tho._n brewer_n will_v be_v utter_o ruin_v unless_o relieve_v by_o the_o justice_n of_o your_o honour_n may_v it_o therefore_o please_v your_o honour_n to_o take_v the_o premise_n into_o your_o pious_a consideration_n and_o to_o do_v therein_o
