be_v only_o make_v for_o such_o as_o his_o majesty_n shall_v nominate_v to_o be_v of_o his_o privy_a council_n which_o clear_o import_v that_o the_o act_n be_v only_o intend_v for_o such_o as_o have_v no_o other_o right_n than_o his_o majesty_n call_v and_o nomination_n to_o enter_v in_o council_n may_v very_o just_o be_v require_v to_o give_v the_o foresay_a evidence_n of_o their_o loyalty_n but_o as_o to_o his_o highness_n who_o royal_a blood_n birth_n and_o breath_n do_v also_o near_o and_o mighty_o oblige_v he_o and_o assure_v his_o perpetual_a loyalty_n it_o be_v very_o evident_a that_o
