conduce_v so_o much_o to_o the_o universal_a good_a of_o his_o subject_n in_o a_o few_o year_n by_o such_o sedulous_a countenance_v all_o those_o who_o will_v strenuous_o cooperate_v with_o he_o to_o effect_v it_o the_o dissenter_n will_v obtain_v the_o majority_n of_o voice_n in_o parliament_n which_o if_o once_o effect_v those_o member_n of_o the_o church_n of_o england_n who_o have_v obstruct_v the_o repeal_n will_v be_v at_o the_o mercy_n of_o dissenter_n and_o if_o the_o king_n be_v not_o their_o best_a friend_n may_v fall_v short_a of_o what_o they_o may_v now_o so_o effectual_o obtain_v of_o dissenter_n in_o order_n thereunto_o viz._n to_o conformity_n have_v be_v very_o prejudicial_a to_o this_o nation_n as_o be_v sad_o experience_v in_o the_o horrid_a rebellion_n in_o the_o time_n of_o his_o majesty_n royal_a father_n the_o king_n than_o pitch_v upon_o the_o true_a and_o principal_a cause_n of_o all_o those_o calamity_n that_o befall_v the_o bless_a martyr_n and_o be_v fresh_o commence_v again_o in_o the_o late_a time_n of_o his_o majesty_n royal_a brother_n reign_v which_o be_v best_a express_v in_o the_o king_n own_o word_n that_o the_o many_o penal_a law_n make_v against_o dissenter_n in_o all_o the_o forego_n reign_v and_o especial_o in_o the_o time_n of_o the_o late_a king_n have_v rather_o increase_v than_o lessen_v they_o if_o therefore_o our_o gracious_a king_n out_o of_o a_o excess_n of_o love_n and_o paternal_a care_n do_v not_o study_v the_o universal_a benefit_n ease_n profit_n and_o enrich_v of_o his_o people_n he_o may_v have_v pursue_v former_a precedent_n but_o as_o a_o wise_a and_o compassionate_a prince_n he_o searcheth_z diligent_o for_o the_o true_a cause_n and_o while_o too_o many_o be_v busy_v themselves_o in_o traduce_v his_o zeal_n for_o his_o religion_n as_o if_o it_o be_v the_o only_o concern_v of_o his_o royal_a care_n he_o demonstrate_v to_o all_o his_o subject_n how_o much_o more_o solicitous_a he_o be_v to_o find_v some_o better_a method_n whereby_o at_o once_o he_o may_v establish_v his_o throne_n and_o those_o of_o his_o successor_n in_o a_o stable_a peace_n and_o security_n and_o give_v ease_n freedom_n and_o riches_n to_o all_o his_o people_n of_o what_o persuastion_n soever_o therefore_o declare_v that_o nothing_o can_v more_o conduce_v to_o the_o peace_n and_o quiet_a of_o his_o kingdom_n and_o the_o increase_n of_o the_o number_n as_o well_o as_o the_o trade_n of_o the_o subject_n wherein_o the_o greatness_n of_o a_o prince_n do_v more_o consist_v than_o in_o the_o extent_n of_o his_o territory_n
