all_o to_o pardon_v such_o of_o they_o as_o have_v plot_v or_o contrive_v the_o revolt_n of_o the_o say_a island_n of_o anglesey_n 7._o nor_o any_o papist_n in_o arm_n nor_o any_o other_o papist_n for_o the_o two_o three_o of_o their_o estate_n sequester_v or_o sequestrable_a according_a to_o former_a order_n or_o ordinance_n of_o parliament_n for_o their_o nonconformity_n

8._o nor_o any_o person_n that_o be_v now_o prisoner_n of_o war._n 9_o nor_o any_o person_n that_o have_v public_a money_n in_o his_o hand_n for_o which_o he_o ought_v to_o account_v and_o shall_v not_o discover_v and_o pay_v the_o same_o to_o the_o treasurer_n for_o the_o army_n for_o the_o use_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n within_o three_o month_n after_o the_o pass_v of_o this_o act._n provide_v further_a that_o this_o act_n shall_v not_o extend_v to_o discharge_v any_o person_n that_o have_v his_o fine_a set_v at_o goldsmith_n hall_n from_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o same_o to_o the_o treasurer_n there_o according_o provide_v also_o that_o this_o act_n shall_v not_o extend_v to_o make_v any_o person_n capable_a to_o bear_v any_o office_n in_o the_o commonwealth_n contrary_a to_o any_o former_a act_n or_o ordinance_n of_o parliament_n without_o consent_n of_o parliament_n provide_v likewise_o and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o person_n within_o the_o say_v respective_a county_n and_o island_n that_o have_v be_v engage_v against_o the_o parliament_n not_o comprise_v within_o the_o former_a exception_n qualification_n or_o crime_n to_o the_o discharge_n or_o pardon_v whereof_o this_o act_n be_v not_o to_o extend_v that_o be_v not_o worth_a in_o land_n four_o pound_n per_fw-la annum_fw-la or_o in_o personal_a estate_n forty_o pound_n and_o shall_v declare_v unto_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o five_o of_o they_o their_o firm_a resolution_n faithful_o to_o adhere_v to_o the_o interest_n of_o this_o commonwealth_n shall_v not_o be_v tax_v or_o compel_v to_o pay_v any_o part_n of_o the_o say_a sum_n of_o twenty_o four_o thousand_o pound_n but_o be_v hereby_o free_o pardon_v and_o discharge_v of_o denbigh_n flint_n merion_v and_o carnavon_n and_o in_o the_o say_a island_n of_o anglesey_n that_o have_v estate_n above_o the_o value_v aforesaid_a in_o the_o say_v respective_a county_n or_o any_o of_o they_o except_o the_o person_n before_o except_v and_o comprise_v in_o the_o say_v former_a qualification_n unto_o who_o the_o benefit_n of_o this_o act_n be_v not_o to_o extend_v and_o shall_v agreeable_a to_o equity_n and_o justice_n and_o to_o the_o true_a intent_n and_o meaning_n of_o the_o several_a ordinance_n of_o parliament_n in_o that_o behalf_n make_v and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_a commissioner_n or_o any_o five_o of_o they_o in_o the_o say_v respective_a county_n shall_v have_v power_n and_o be_v hereby_o authorize_v to_o collect_v and_o receive_v of_o the_o person_n that_o be_v to_o have_v benefit_n by_o this_o act_n so_o much_o money_n as_o shall_v defray_v the_o necessary_a charge_n of_o prosecute_a this_o service_n provide_v that_o the_o same_o exceed_v not_o the_o sum_n of_o one_o hundred_o pound_n in_o each_o county_n and_o that_o no_o one_o commissioner_n be_v allow_v for_o his_o charge_n in_o it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o former_a suspension_n of_o sequestration_n make_v by_o sir_n thomas_n middleton_n by_o virtue_n of_o a_o ordinance_n of_o parliament_n authorise_v he_o so_o to_o do_v or_o make_v by_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n employ_v in_o the_o service_n of_o the_o parliament_n in_o the_o say_a county_n not_o authorize_v thereunto_o by_o any_o act_n ordinance_n or_o order_n of_o parliament_n be_v from_o henceforth_o void_a and_o of_o none_o effect_n and_o be_v it_o further_o declare_v and_o enact_v by_o the_o
