he_o permit_v not_o justice_n to_o be_v do_v to_o very_a many_o of_o his_o liege_n people_n but_o compel_v very_o many_o to_o cease_v from_o the_o prosecution_n of_o common_a justice_n that_o when_o as_o afterward_o in_o his_o parliament_n certain_a statute_n be_v make_v which_o may_v always_o bind_v till_o they_o be_v special_o repeal_v by_o another_o parliament_n the_o same_o king_n desire_v to_o enjoy_v so_o great_a liberty_n that_o none_o of_o these_o statute_n may_v so_o bind_v he_o but_o that_o he_o may_v execute_v and_o do_v according_a to_o the_o pleasure_n of_o his_o own_o will_n which_o he_o can_v not_o do_v of_o right_n subtle_o procure_v such_o a_o petition_n to_o be_v present_v to_o he_o in_o his_o parliament_n in_o the_o behalf_n of_o the_o commons_o of_o his_o realm_n and_o to_o be_v grant_v to_o he_o in_o the_o general_a that_o he_o may_v be_v so_o free_a as_o any_o of_o his_o progenitor_n be_v before_o he_o by_o colour_n of_o which_o petition_n and_o grant_v he_o frequent_o do_v and_o command_v to_o be_v do_v many_o thing_n contrary_a to_o the_o say_a statutes_n not_o repeal_v go_v against_o they_o express_o and_o witting_o against_o his_o oath_n at_o his_o coronation_n that_o although_o by_o the_o statute_n and_o custom_n of_o his_o realm_n in_o the_o summon_n of_o every_o parliament_n his_o people_n in_o every_o county_n of_o the_o realm_n ought_v to_o be_v free_a to_o elect_v and_o depute_v knight_n for_o the_o say_a county_n to_o sit_v 〈◊〉_d parliament_n both_o to_o receive_v their_o grievance_n and_o to_o prosecute_n remedy_n thereupon_o as_o it_o shall_v seem_v expedient_a to_o they_o yet_o the_o say_a king_n that_o he_o may_v in_o his_o parliament_n be_v able_a to_o obtain_v the_o effect_n of_o his_o rash_a will_n frequent_o direct_v his_o mandate_n to_o his_o sheriff_n that_o they_o shall_v cause_v to_o come_v to_o his_o parliament_n certain_a person_n name_v by_o the_o king_n himself_o as_o knight_n of_o the_o shire_n which_o
