both_o the_o say_a lady_n francis_n and_o lady_n elenour_n by_o common_a course_n of_o nature_n may_v have_v live_v long_o then_o until_o this_o day_n who_o then_o shall_v have_v have_v the_o crown_n true_o the_o right_a heir_n who_o this_o suppose_a will_n mean_v to_o exclude_v so_o long_o as_o there_o shall_v remain_v any_o issue_n either_o of_o the_o body_n of_o the_o say_a lady_n francis_n limitation_n of_o the_o say_a will_n the_o succession_n of_o the_o crown_n be_v make_v more_o uncertain_a and_o doubtful_a than_o it_o be_v before_o the_o make_n of_o the_o say_a act_n of_o parliament_n which_o be_v contrary_a to_o the_o meaning_n and_o intent_n of_o the_o say_a act_n and_o therefore_o without_o any_o sufficient_a warrant_n in_o law_n but_o peradventure_o some_o here_o will_v say_v that_o although_o these_o danger_n and_o uncertainty_n may_v have_v ensue_v upon_o the_o limitation_n of_o the_o say_a will_n yet_o forasmuch_o as_o they_o have_v not_o happen_v neither_o be_v like_a to_o happen_v they_o be_v therefore_o not_o to_o be_v speak_v of_o yea_o very_o it_o be_v not_o to_o be_v omit_v for_o although_o these_o thing_n have_v not_o happen_v and_o therefore_o edict_n and_o proclamation_n that_o the_o prince_n shall_v be_v in_o more_o security_n and_o safeguard_n under_o the_o protection_n and_o keep_n of_o the_o regent_n and_o usurp_a rebel_n then_o
