wise_a extend_v to_o debar_v or_o hinder_v the_o major_a and_o burgess_n of_o the_o burrow_n of_o st._n alban_n in_o the_o county_n of_o hertford_n or_o their_o successor_n from_o enjoy_v use_v and_o exercise_v of_o all_o such_o liberty_n power_n and_o authority_n to_o they_o heretofore_o grant_v by_o several_a letter_n patent_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n by_o queen_n elizabeth_n and_o king_n james_n of_o famous_a memory_n for_o the_o erect_v appoint_v and_o licens_v of_o three_o several_a wine-tavern_n within_o the_o burrow_n aforesaid_a for_o and_o towards_o the_o maintenance_n of_o the_o free-school_n there_o but_o that_o the_o same_o liberty_n power_n and_o authority_n shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o establish_v and_o confirm_v and_o shall_v remain_v and_o
