and_o perfect_a account_n of_o all_o the_o tobacco_n in_o his_o possession_n or_o in_o the_o possession_n of_o any_o other_o in_o trust_n for_o he_o or_o they_o and_o the_o say_a commissioner_n of_o excise_n or_o their_o say_a sub-commissioner_n collector_n or_o other_o chief_a officer_n respective_o be_v hereby_o charge_v and_o require_v to_o send_v one_o or_o more_o officer_n or_o officer_n to_o enter_v into_o the_o cellar_n uault_n store-celler_n storehouse_n warehouse_n or_o other_o place_n or_o place_n whatsoever_o to_o any_o merchant_n or_o other_o person_n in_o this_o kingdom_n belong_v to_o search_v see_v and_o try_v whether_o the_o quantity_n of_o tobacco_n do_v not_o exceéd_v such_o account_n give_v under_o hand_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o if_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v find_v to_o agreé_v that_o then_o the_o duty_n of_o one_o penny_n per_fw-la pound_n shall_v be_v immediate_o pay_v down_o at_o the_o usual_a allowance_n of_o import_v excise_n or_o bond_n with_o sufficient_a security_n be_v immediate_o pass_v to_o his_o majesty_n for_o payment_n of_o the_o same_o in_o threé_o month_n time_n and_o in_o case_n any_o merchant_n or_o other_o person_n liable_a
