other_o of_o the_o proprietor_n or_o their_o deputy_n this_o court_n shall_v have_v power_n to_o call_v parliament_n to_o pardon_v all_o offence_n to_o make_v election_n of_o all_o officer_n in_o the_o proprieter_n dispose_v and_o to_o nominate_v and_o appoint_v port-town_n and_o also_o shall_v have_v power_n by_o their_o order_n to_o the_o treasurer_n to_o dispose_v of_o all_o public_a
