compear_v and_o attend_v the_o say_n commissioner_n the_o first_o tuesday_n of_o every_o month_n for_o make_v the_o entry_n of_o the_o precise_a quantity_n of_o all_o liquor_n browen_n and_o retail_v by_o they_o liable_a to_o the_o say_a excise_n for_o the_o precede_a month_n they_o shall_v be_v hold_v as_o confess_v and_o decreet_v give_v against_o they_o for_o the_o quantity_n of_o liquor_n
