first_o day_n of_o february_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o ninety_o seven_o or_o shall_v after_o such_o departure_n return_v into_o this_o realm_n without_o his_o majesty_n licence_n as_o aforesaid_a such_o person_n so_o offend_a be_v thereof_o lawful_o convict_v shall_v be_v take_v deem_v and_o adjudge_v to_o be_v guilty_a of_o high_a treason_n and_o shall_v suffer_v and_o forfeit_v as_o in_o case_n of_o high_a treason_n and_o whereas_o it_o be_v think_v necessary_a in_o order_n that_o no_o person_n may_v on_o any_o account_n whatsoever_o pretend_v ignorance_n of_o the_o say_a act_n but_o may_v in_o all_o respect_n conform_v themselves_o thereunto_o that_o public_a notice_n be_v give_v thereof_o his_o majesty_n therefore_o with_o advice_n of_o his_o privy_a council_n have_v
