forfeit_v and_o lose_v unto_o your_o highness_n your_o heir_n and_o successor_n all_o his_o and_o their_o good_n and_o cattelle_n aswell_o real_a as_o personal_a and_o if_o any_o such_o person_n so_o convict_v or_o attaint_v shall_v not_o have_v or_o be_v worth_a of_o his_o proper_a good_n and_o cattelle_n to_o the_o value_n of_o xx_o li._n at_o the_o time_n of_o such_o his_o conviction_n or_o due_o convict_v and_o atteynt_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a that_o then_o every_o such_o offendor_n and_o offender_n shall_v for_o the_o same_o second_o offence_n incur_v into_o the_o danger_n penalty_n and_o forfeyture_n ordain_v and_o provide_v by_o the_o statute_n of_o provision_n and_o preminire_n make_v in_o the_o xvi_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o king_n rycharde_n the_o second_o and_o if_o any_o such_o offendor_n or_o offendoure_n at_o any_o time_n after_o the_o say_v second_o conviction_n and_o attayndoure_n do_v the_o third_o time_n commytte_n and_o do_v the_o say_v offence_n or_o any_o of_o they_o in_o manner_n and_o form_n aforesaid_a and_o be_v thereof_o du_o convict_v and_o attaint_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a that_o then_o everye_o such_o offence_n or_o offence_n shall_v be_v deem_v and_o adjudge_v high_a treason_n and_o that_o thoffendour_n and_o offender_n therein_o be_v thereof_o lawefullye_o convyct_v and_o attaint_v accord_v to_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n shall_v suffer_v pain_n of_o death_n and_o other_o penalty_n forfeyture_n and_o loss_n as_o in_o case_n of_o high_a treason_n by_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n and_o also_o that_o it_o may_v year_n next_o after_o he_o or_o their_o offence_n so_o commit_v and_o in_o case_n any_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v fortune_n to_o be_v imprison_v for_o any_o of_o the_o say_a offence_n commit_v do_v that_o then_o the_o say_v personne_fw-fr so_o imprysoned_a shall_v be_v set_v at_o lybertye_n and_o be_v no_o long_o detain_v in_o prison_n for_o any_o such_o cause_n or_o offence_n provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o thaucthoritye_n aforesaid_a that_o this_o act_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v shall_v not_o in_o any_o wise_a extend_v to_o repeal_v any_o clause_n matter_n or_o sentence_n contain_v or_o specify_v in_o the_o say_a act_n of_o repeal_v make_v in_o the_o say_v first_o and_o second_o year_n of_o the_o reign_v of_o the_o say_v late_a king_n philip_n and_o queen_n mary_n as_o do_v in_o any_o wise_a touch_n or_o concern_v any_o matter_n or_o case_n of_o preminire_n or_o that_o do_v make_v or_o ordain_v any_o matter_n or_o cause_n to_o be_v within_o the_o case_n of_o preminire_n but_o that_o the_o same_o forsomuch_o only_o as_o touch_v or_o concern_v any_o case_n or_o matter_n of_o preminire_n shall_v stand_v and_o remain_v in_o such_o force_n and_o effect_n as_o the_o same_o be_v before_o the_o make_n of_o this_o act_n any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n contain_v to_o the_o contratye_n in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o provide_v also_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o thaucthorytye_n aforesaid_a that_o this_o act_n or_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v shall_v not_o in_o any_o wise_a extend_v or_o be_v preiudycial_a to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n for_o any_o offence_n or_o offence_n commit_v or_o do_v or_o hereafter_o to_o be_v commit_v or_o do_v contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n and_o effect_n of_o any_o act_n or_o statute_n now_o reviue_v by_o this_o act_n before_o the_o end_n of_o thirty_o day_n next_o after_o the_o end_n of_o the_o session_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n any_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n contain_v or_o any_o other_o matter_n or_o cause_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o and_o if_o it_o happen_v that_o any_o peer_n of_o this_o realm_n shall_v fortune_n to_o be_v indict_v of_o and_o for_o any_o offence_n that_o be_v reviue_v or_o make_v preminire_n or_o treason_n by_o this_o act_n that_o then_o he_o so_o be_v indict_v shall_v have_v his_o trial_n by_o his_o peer_n in_o such_o like_a manner_n
