st._n james_n within_o the_o liberty_n of_o westminster_n and_o a_o church_n thereupon_o build_v be_v dedicate_v by_o the_o act_n to_o divine_a service_n and_o that_o there_o shall_v be_v a_o rector_n to_o have_v the_o care_n of_o soul_n inhabit_v there_o and_o then_o after_o a_o full_a commendation_n of_o the_o merit_n and_o service_n of_o dr._n tennison_n in_o that_o place_n the_o now_o of_o both_o dr._n tennison_n now_o the_o patronage_n be_v former_o in_o the_o bishop_n and_o in_o the_o successive_a patronage_n create_v of_o this_o new_a church_n by_o this_o act_n there_o be_v one_o turn_n in_o three_o give_v away_o from_o he_o to_o a_o three_o person_n than_o this_o presentation_n out_o of_o turn_n be_v at_o first_o give_v to_o the_o bishop_n of_o london_n in_o
