monster_n rather_o than_o man_n so_o soon_o to_o degenerate_v obj._n i_o but_o put_v the_o case_n the_o prince_n shall_v endeavour_v to_o set_v on_o foot_n a_o new_a war_n and_o so_o put_v the_o parliament_n into_o unavoidable_a necessity_n may_v they_o not_o for_o terror_n then_o set_v up_o a_o high_a court_n of_o justice_n as_o well_o as_o for_o the_o trial_n of_o the_o late_a king_n answ._n no_o for_o these_o
reason_n first_o because_o before_o the_o late_a king_n death_n all_o the_o law_n and_o process_n of_o the_o law_n run_v in_o his_o name_n therefore_o it_o be_v not_o possible_a in_o the_o old_a
