steal_v and_o rob_v christ_n of_o his_o honour_n in_o their_o salvation_n by_o seek_v it_o some_o other_o way_n even_o in_o a_o unlawful_a way_n this_o be_v no_o better_a than_o a_o spiritual_a rob_v remove_v the_o law_n of_o work_n from_o be_v a_o covenant_n of_o life_n and_o that_o our_o right_n to_o salvation_n the_o favour_n of_o god_n and_o peace_n of_o conscience_n do_v depend_v upon_o our_o obedience_n to_o the_o gospel_n which_o christ_n have_v purchase_v shall_v be_v accept_v for_o our_o righteousness_n by_o which_o we_o must_v be_v justify_v and_o judge_v and_o that_o faith_n in_o its_o whole_a latitude_n be_v our_o believe_a and_o obey_v the_o gospel_n or_o new_a law_n that_o by_o this_o we_o be_v make_v partaker_n of_o the_o benefit_n of_o christ_n he_o have_v merit_v this_o grant_n or_o law_n that_o they_o who_o obey_v he_o sincere_o shall_v be_v save_v and_o that_o he_o be_v justify_v so_o far_o and_o so_o long_o as_o he_o answer_v the_o condition_n of_o this_o new_a law_n of_o grace_n now_o we_o and_o all_o sound_a protestant_n in_o opposition_n to_o this_o affirm_v that_o jesus_n christ_n as_o the_o head_n surety_n and_o representative_a of_o all_o the_o elect_n do_v fulfil_v or_o satisfy_v for_o the_o law_n of_o work_n bear_v the_o curse_n of_o the_o law_n for_o we_o and_o in_o our_o stead_n and_o by_o his_o holy_a life_n etc._n etc._n purchase_v for_o we_o that_o life_n which_o the_o law_n promise_v to_o he_o that_o continue_v to_o do_v all_o thing_n that_o be_v write_v therein_o and_o by_o the_o supereminency_n of_o his_o obedience_n addition_n of_o the_o curse_n of_o the_o law_n and_o be_v certain_o entitle_v to_o eternal_a life_n and_o that_o faith_n be_v a_o rely_v on_o christ_n and_o trust_v in_o he_o and_o his_o righteousness_n and_o merit_n only_o for_o salvation_n 6_o thly_a therefore_o be_v sure_a also_o you_o hear_v christ_n voice_n and_o adhere_v to_o his_o doctrine_n about_o justification_n through_o his_o perfect_a and_o complete_a righteousness_n alone_o impute_v unto_o all_o they_o that_o do_v believe_v in_o he_o without_o work_n do_v by_o we_o or_o holiness_n wrought_v in_o we_o i_o mean_v our_o faith_n and_o sincere_a obedience_n be_v not_o the_o matter_n of_o our_o justification_n before_o god_n nor_o any_o part_n of_o it_o but_o the_o righteousness_n of_o jesus_n christ_n only_o in_o his_o perfect_a conformity_n apostle_n james_n show_v and_o that_o that_o faith_n that_o be_v not_o attend_v with_o good_a fruit_n be_v dead_a as_o the_o body_n without_o the_o spirit_n be_v dead_a pray_v remember_v that_o you_o have_v be_v often_o teach_v that_o faith_n itself_o do_v not_o
