majesty_n much_o less_o can_v he_o be_v subject_a to_o any_o other_o coercive_a or_o vindictive_a power_n or_o ought_v any_o way_n to_o be_v resist_v by_o private_a person_n therefore_o suppose_v i_o shall_v grant_v as_o i_o do_v not_o that_o the_o parliament_n have_v former_o a_o power_n of_o depose_v of_o their_o king_n or_o that_o the_o clergy_n nobility_n and_o people_n have_v former_o a_o authority_n at_o this_o day_n to_o depose_v the_o king_n or_o maintain_v a_o war_n against_o he_o upon_o any_o account_n yet_o that_o they_o have_v still_o a_o power_n to_o judge_v of_o the_o king_n of_o parliament_n therefore_o if_o i_o can_v give_v a_o satisfactory_a account_n of_o the_o true_a meaning_n and_o sense_n of_o these_o act_n to_o be_v otherwise_o than_o you_o suppose_v i_o hope_v there_o be_v no_o other_o mean_n leave_v but_o to_o resist_v it_o if_o they_o be_v able_a m._n i_o can_v give_v you_o very_o good_a reason_n to_o satisfy_v you_o why_o though_o i_o grant_v private_a subject_n may_v judge_v of_o the_o legality_n or_o illegality_n of_o the_o king_n commission_n and_o also_o refuse_v to_o obey_v his_o illegal_a command_n and_o also_o that_o all_o public_a officer_n god_n and_o the_o law_n of_o our_o country_n suppose_v these_o two_o to_o be_v very_o consistent_a for_o notwithstanding_o the_o possibility_n that_o prince_n may_v thus_o abuse_v their_o power_n all_o thus_o the_o sovereign_a prince_n may_v exceed_v his_o authority_n and_o be_v accountable_a for_o it_o to_o a_o superior_a power_n but_o because_o he_o have_v no_o superior_a power_n on_o exceed_v his_o authority_n and_o be_v only_o accountable_a for_o it_o to_o god_n that_o therefore_o he_o can_v be_v resist_v by_o his_o own_o subject_n for_o he_o may_v

vith_o and_o his_o heir_n which_o act_n be_v to_o reverse_v again_o by_o the_o next_o parliament_n in_o the_o eleven_o of_o edward_n the_o ivth_o when_o he_o again_o recover_v the_o crown_n by_o another_o battle_n against_o henry_n the_o vith_o so_o evident_a it_o be_v that_o whoever_o be_v once_o seat_v in_o the_o throne_n and_o be_v recognize_v by_o act_n of_o parliament_n though_o of_o his_o own_o summon_n all_o his_o act_n till_o they_o be_v repeal_v do_v hold_v good_a though_o he_o be_v declare_v a_o usurper_n and_o himself_o attaint_v by_o act_n of_o parliament_n and_o therefore_o admit_v that_o henry_n the_o viith_o be_v a_o usurper_n at_o the_o time_n when_o this_o act_n we_o now_o discourse_v of_o be_v make_v yet_o will_v it_o not_o render_v this_o act_n void_a
