trial_n contrary_a to_o all_o form_n or_o proceed_n that_o can_v be_v no_o objection_n neither_o for_o if_o it_o be_v so_o we_o can_v tell_v how_o to_o help_v it_o the_o parliament_n have_v think_v especial_o where_o the_o word_n be_v any_o way_n doubtful_a according_a to_o the_o word_n of_o this_o act_n of_o parliament_n a_o copy_n of_o the_o indictment_n need_v to_o be_v deliver_v but_o 5_o day_n before_o the_o trial_n but_o it_o appear_v that_o the_o intention_n of_o these_o lawmaker_n be_v that_o he_o shall_v have_v a_o copy_n of_o the_o indictment_n to_o enable_v he_o to_o plead_v the_o prisoner_n and_o take_v away_o some_o advantage_n that_o he_o have_v before_o which_o be_v move_v in_o arrest_n of_o judgement_n after_o verdict_n but_o it_o leave_v the_o make_v exception_n as_o to_o any_o time_n before_o the_o verdict_n as_o it_o be_v before_o which_o be_v before_o plea_n plead_v but_o not_o after_o the_o jury_n swear_v for_o it_o can_v be_v deny_v that_o in_o point_n any_o like_a proceed_n in_o any_o case_n it_o be_v confound_v the_o office_n of_o the_o judge_n and_o jury_n mr._n phipps_n if_o your_o lordship_n try_v the_o validity_n of_o our_o exception_n and_o find_v occasion_n to_o quash_n the_o indictment_n there_o will_v be_v no_o need_n of_o a_o jury_n l._n c._n j._n holt._n upon_o the_o statute_n of_o jeofaile_n in_o a_o civil_a cause_n suppose_v at_o
