commissioner_n of_o shire_n within_o their_o bound_n aforesaid_a be_v also_o appoint_v and_o enjoin_v to_o magistrate_n within_o burgh_n and_o their_o subcollector_n and_o under_o the_o same_o pain_n in_o all_o point_n with_o this_o express_a provision_n that_o the_o subcollector_n for_o burgh_n give_v in_o their_o whole_a list_n to_o the_o collector_n of_o supply_n of_o the_o shire_n whereof_o they_o be_v apart_o to_o be_v by_o they_o registrat_n and_o to_o the_o effect_n the_o commissioner_n of_o the_o shire_n may_v inspect_v and_o see_v how_o the_o same_o be_v make_v and_o manage_v and_o
