to_o mr._n william_n brown_n for_o 13000_o mark_n with_o annualrent_n and_o expense_n anno_fw-la 1672_o in_o manner_n therein_o contain_v payable_a at_o the_o first_o term_n of_o whitsunday_n or_o martinmass_o next_o after_o the_o expiration_n of_o year_n and_o day_n after_o the_o death_n or_o marriage_n of_o mrs._n elizabeth_n hamiltoun_n daughter_n to_o the_o say_a lord_n belhaven_n and_o thereby_o not_o doubt_v but_o that_o by_o the_o effect_n in_o his_o own_o hand_n he_o be_v secure_v and_o of_o which_o sum_n your_o petitioner_n do_v make_v payment_n to_o he_o when_o he_o dispone_v the_o bond_n to_o she_o yet_o nevertheless_o when_o the_o late_a earl_n of_o melfort_n who_o be_v also_o a_o papist_n get_v right_o to_o a_o sum_n due_a by_o the_o lord_n belhaven_n to_o the_o laird_n
