those_o rebel_n suffering_n and_o to_o mention_v your_o majesty_n just_a vengeance_n take_v on_o those_o ancient_a and_o in_o all_o former_a and_o late_a age_n and_o now_o declare_v rebel_n and_o traitor_n as_o one_o of_o their_o motive_n to_o take_v up_o arm_n or_o at_o least_o to_o stand_v on_o their_o guard_n as_o they_o call_v it_o touch_v the_o act_n of_o santry_n three_o mile_n from_o after_o the_o conspiracy_n against_o the_o castle_n of_o dublin_n and_o the_o state_n be_v discover_v and_o prevent_v do_v not_o seem_v able_a or_o rather_o be_v unwilling_a by_o all_o fair_a persuasion_n of_o the_o lord_n justice_n and_o counsel_n use_v to_o they_o to_o put_v themselves_o into_o a_o posture_n of_o defence_n against_o the_o rebel_n of_o ulster_n to_o find_v any_o arm_n and_o spoil_v other_o protestnat_n as_o aforesaid_a he_o by_o allowance_n of_o his_o captain_n as_o he_o afterward_o upon_o examination_n declare_v without_o the_o privity_n or_o command_n of_o the_o lord_n justice_n or_o any_o of_o the_o counsel_n or_o any_o other_o commander_n authorize_v to_o that_o purpose_n take_v with_o he_o forty_o soldier_n that_o night_n in_o pursuit_n of_o those_o time_n for_o such_o a_o levy_v if_o they_o have_v not_o be_v former_o combine_v and_o prepare_v to_o that_o summons_n they_o observe_v it_o as_o fast_o as_o they_o can_v many_o of_o they_o come_v another_o party_n to_o clantarffe_n about_o a_o mile_n and_o half_a from_o dublin_n which_o village_n belong_v to_o george_n king_n who_o lie_v in_o garrison_n with_o the_o say_v nettervile_n at_o assistance_n or_o countenance_n to_o the_o aforesaid_a rebellious_a act_n of_o rob_v the_o bark_n and_o of_o rob_v other_o your_o majesty_n protestant_a subject_n pass_v that_o way_n and_o judge_v
