session_n of_o parliament_n entitle_v a_o act_n for_o the_o explanation_n and_o better_a execution_n of_o former_a act_n make_v against_o transportation_n of_o wool_n fuller_n earth_n and_o scour_v clay_n it_o be_v among_o other_o thing_n enact_v that_o after_o the_o twenty_o four_o day_n of_o june_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o ninety_o and_o eight_o no_o fuller_n earth_n or_o scour_v clay_n shall_v be_v export_v out_o of_o this_o kingdom_n dominion_n of_o wales_n or_o town_n of_o berwick_n upon_o tweed_n into_o ireland_n scotland_n or_o into_o any_o other_o foreign_a part_n upon_o any_o pretence_n whatsoever_o upon_o penalty_n of_o forfeit_v one_o shilling_n for_o every_o pound_n weight_n so_o export_v and_o that_o all_o owner_n of_o wool_n shear_v or_o lay_v up_o within_o ten_o mile_n of_o the_o sea_n side_n within_o the_o county_n of_o kent_n and_o sussex_n shall_v give_v a_o exact_a account_n in_o write_v within_o three_o day_n after_o the_o shear_n thereof_o of_o the_o number_n of_o fleece_n and_o where_o lodge_v or_o house_v to_o the_o next_o adjoin_v port_n or_o officer_n of_o his_o majesty_n custom_n and_o the_o like_a notice_n before_o they_o shall_v remove_v any_o part_n thereof_o of_o the_o say_a number_n of_o fleece_n and_o weight_n and_o the_o name_n and_o abide_v of_o the_o person_n to_o who_o it_o be_v dispose_v and_o the_o place_n to_o be_v lay_v or_o hide_v any_o wool_n within_o fifteen_o mile_n of_o the_o sea_n and_o not_o enter_v as_o aforesaid_a all_o such_o wool_n shall_v be_v seize_v and_o forfeit_v and_o whereas_o for_o the_o better_a encouragement_n of_o person_n who_o shall_v discover_v and_o prosecute_v such_o offender_n one_o three_o part_n of_o the_o say_a forfeiture_n and_o penalty_n be_v by_o the_o say_a act_n number_n of_o fleece_n and_o where_o lodge_v or_o house_v to_o such_o person_n as_o shall_v be_v appoint_v for_o that_o purpose_n pursuant_n to_o the_o direction_n of_o a_o act_n of_o parliament_n make_v in_o the_o first_o year_n of_o his_o present_a majesty_n and_o the_o late_a queen_n entitle_v a_o act_n for_o the_o better_a prevent_v the_o exportation_n of_o wool_n and_o encourage_v the_o woollen_a manufacture_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o in_o case_n any_o owner_n of_o such_o wool_n shall_v neglect_v or_o refuse_v to_o give_v such_o account_n or_o shall_v after_o such_o notice_n give_v remove_v such_o wool_n or_o any_o part_n of_o it_o without_o licence_n from_o the_o person_n who_o shall_v have_v make_v such_o entry_n shall_v forfeit_v three_o shilling_n for_o every_o pound_n weight_n of_o such_o wool_n and_o that_o wool_n that_o shall_v find_v within_o the_o distance_n aforesaid_a of_o the_o border_n of_o scotland_n not_o enter_v
