enter_v before_o the_o person_n or_o person_n convict_v into_o a_o recognizance_n to_o prosecute_v the_o say_a appeal_n with_o effect_n 2._o which_o say_v recognizance_n the_o person_n or_o person_n convict_v be_v hereby_o impower_v to_o take_v and_o require_v to_o certify_v the_o same_o to_o the_o next_o quarter_n session_n 3._o and_o in_o case_n no_o such_o recognizance_n be_v enter_v into_o
