possessor_n in_o this_o kingdom_n to_o give_v in_o to_o the_o say_a collector_n or_o his_o subcollector_n and_o depute_n foresaid_n upon_o intimation_n of_o their_o commission_n in_o manner_n abovementioned_a true_a and_o exact_a list_n of_o all_o the_o hearth_n in_o the_o house_n possess_v by_o they_o and_o of_o all_o smiddy_n kiln_n for_o dry_v of_o corn_n oven_n furnace_n for_o brew_v salt-pans_n soap_n and_o glass-work_n possess_v by_o they_o except_v always_o hospital_n and_o poor_a people_n who_o be_v upon_o the_o charity_n of_o the_o paroch_n with_o certification_n to_o the_o say_n heretor_n and_o other_o inhabitant_n if_o they_o failÈie_v to_o give_v up_o the_o said_n list_n or_o give_v up_o false_a and_o short_a list_n they_o shall_v be_v cite_v and_o process_v before_o the_o said_n lord_n of_o our_o privy_a council_n and_o proceed_v against_o with_o all_o rigour_n therefore_o but_o prejudice_n always_o to_o the_o say_v james_n melvill_n and_o his_o subcollector_n foresaid_n to_o use_v all_o other_o legal_a method_n for_o discover_v of_o the_o true_a number_n of_o the_o hearth_n of_o this_o kingdom_n and_o collect_v and_o uplift_v thereof_o and_o ordain_v all_o magistrate_n and_o minister_n of_o the_o law_n to_o be_v assistant_n and_o give_v their_o concurrence_n to_o they_o for_o that_o effect_n and_o we_o with_o advice_n foresay_a do_v hereby_o command_v and_o require_v the_o say_a james_n melvill_n collector_n foresay_a and_o his_o say_n subcollector_n and_o depute_n to_o report_v and_o give_v in_o the_o said_n list_n to_o the_o lord_n commissioner_n
