he_o receive_v testificat_fw-la from_o the_o person_n above-written_a authorize_v as_o say_v be_v within_o who_o precinct_n any_o such_o ship_n bark_n boat_n or_o other_o vessel_n be_v that_o he_o have_v make_v faith_n anent_o his_o passenger_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o that_o he_o neither_o have_v have_v nor_o have_v any_o other_o passenger_n from_o abroad_o nor_o outward_a bind_v than_o these_o mention_v in_o his_o oath_n as_o they_o will_v be_v answerable_a at_o their_o high_a peril_n and_o further_o declare_v that_o the_o master_n and_o owner_n shall_v lose_v the_o ship_n boat_n bark_n or_o vessel_n and_o good_n in_o which_o any_o person_n not_o give_v up_o as_o say_v be_v shall_v be_v in-brought_a unto_o this_o kingdom_n or_o transport_v forth_o thereof_o and_o that_o all_o
