seem_a weight_n in_o it_o since_o all_o due_a care_n ought_v to_o be_v take_v that_o their_o majesty_n fleet_n and_o army_n shall_v be_v furnish_v with_o person_n fit_a and_o able_a for_o that_o service_n and_o skilful_a in_o the_o administer_a of_o internal_a as_o well_o as_o external_n remedy_n to_o this_o we_o answer_v that_o the_o college_n of_o physician_n have_v be_v always_o ready_a of_o the_o barber-surgeon_n who_o never_o have_v any_o suitable_a education_n or_o learning_n for_o it_o shall_v by_o a_o new_a law_n be_v make_v judge_n of_o man_n sufficiency_n in_o a_o profession_n of_o which_o they_o themselves_o be_v whole_o ignorant_a which_o we_o humble_o leave_v to_o the_o judgement_n of_o this_o honourable_a house_n and_o whereas_o it_o be_v by_o they_o suggest_v that_o our_o large_a historical_a account_n wherein_o we_o find_v that_o several_a person_n such_o as_o dr._n hawley_n dr._n hamey_n dr._n goddard_n dr._n dawson_n the_o great_a dr._n harvey_n sir_n
