part_n of_o her_o subject_n in_o this_o her_o ancient_a kingdom_n have_v be_v baptize_v and_o educate_v in_o the_o communion_n of_o the_o episcopal_a church_n and_o be_v of_o the_o episcopal_a principle_n and_o persuasion_n and_o averse_a from_o the_o join_n with_o the_o presbyterian_a government_n according_a to_o the_o present_a establishment_n and_o the_o exercise_n of_o it_o and_o her_o majesty_n be_v desireous_a to_o give_v just_a and_o due_a ease_n to_o all_o her_o subject_n do_v therefore_o with_o the_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o estate_n of_o parliament_n statute_n enact_v and_o ordain_v that_o from_o henceforth_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o all_o her_o majesty_n subject_n of_o the_o episcopal_a persuasion_n to_o hold_v meeting_n for_o divine_a worship_n sheriff_n and_o all_o other_o her_o majesty_n judge_n shall_v interpret_v this_o present_a act_n of_o indulgence_n and_o toleration_n in_o the_o most_o benign_a and_o favourable_a sense_n in_o behalf_n of_o the_o say_v indulge_v minister_n and_o see_v it_o put_v to_o vigorous_a execution_n in_o all_o point_n remark_n upon_o the_o forego_n draught_n this_o be_v the_o second_o embryo_n or_o specimen_fw-la hand_v about_o by_o the_o promoter_n of_o the_o toleration-project_n we_o may_v take_v it_o as_o the_o result_n of_o their_o riper_n thought_n and_o be_v allow_v brief_o to_o consider_v it_o 1._o among_o the_o many_o argument_n give_v against_o any_o toleration_n to_o prelatical_a dissenter_n in_o our_o present_a circumstance_n this_o be_v one_o never_o yet_o answer_v that_o as_o it_o be_v the_o civil_a interest_n of_o every_o nation_n to_o have_v but_o one_o establish_v national_a church-government_n discipline_n and_o worship_n so_o also_o that_o every_o person_n within_o the_o nation_n shall_v conform_v themselves_o thereto_o and_o that_o never_o yet_o do_v any_o wise_a people_n grant_v a_o legal_a toleration_n to_o dissenter_n where_o the_o dissent_n be_v not_o sound_v either_o upon_o doubtful_a and_o scruple_v term_n of_o communion_n or_o upon_o the_o hardship_n of_o external_a force_n but_o neither_o of_o these_o can_v be_v allege_v in_o the_o present_a case_n and_o therefore_o all_o toleration_n must_v tend_v to_o cherish_v a_o pernicious_a party_n and_o soment_n a_o wicked_a design_n of_o overturning_a the_o present_a quiet_a and_o happy_a establishment_n 2._o this_o toleration_n be_v only_o for_o episcopalian_o do_v most_o direct_o set_v they_o up_o in_o competition_n with_o and_o in_o some_o respect_n preserable_o to_o presbytry_n to_o try_v their_o skill_n and_o strength_n in_o overthrow_v the_o legal_a church_n 3._o the_o minister_n indulge_v or_o tolerate_v be_v by_o this_o draught_n to_o give_v no_o evidence_n either_o of_o their_o loyalty_n or_o orthodoxy_n so_o that_o their_o principle_n both_o contrary_a to_o the_o confession_n of_o faith_n and_o against_o her_o majesty_n succession_n and_o government_n as_o declare_v before_o prelacy_n come_v in_o this_o be_v a_o insinuation_n of_o the_o last_o disgrace_n among_o protestant_n and_o only_o fit_a for_o the_o dragoon-conversion_n of_o france_n where_o it_o a_o popish_a surgeon_n or_o midwife_n baptize_v a_o child_n that_o child_n be_v ever_o after_o to_o be_v hold_v as_o a_o roman_n catholic_n 5._o what_o make_v any_o of_o the_o people_n of_o this_o instance_n or_o 2._o that_o man_n vice_n be_v gall_v by_o presbyterian_a discipline_n and_o their_o libertine_n and_o popish_a design_n obstruct_v and_o 3._o that_o they_o have_v of_o late_o get_v great_a encouragement_n to_o expect_v a_o change_n we_o challenge_v the_o wit_n of_o our_o adversary_n to_o assign_v any_o other_o reason_n of_o this_o pretend_a aversion_n which_o be_v not_o hear_v
