to_o the_o open_n of_o the_o signet_n only_o they_o be_v so_o far_o willing_a to_o gratify_v the_o addresser_n that_o they_o vote_v and_o approve_v a_o act_n for_o restore_v presbyterian_a minister_n to_o their_o church_n which_o be_v present_v by_o sir_n william_n hamilton_n to_o this_o effect_n that_o whereas_o in_o pursuance_n of_o the_o claim_n of_o right_n prelacy_n etc._n etc._n be_v last_o year_n rend_v as_o if_o the_o church_n be_v not_o vacant_a but_o then_o the_o business_n of_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o session_n come_v on_o the_o question_n be_v put_v whither_o the_o nomination_n of_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o session_n make_v by_o his_o majesty_n in_o case_n of_o a_o total_a vacancy_n require_v the_o authority_n of_o parliament_n and_o whither_o it_o be_v requisite_a by_o the_o consitution_n of_o the_o college_n of_o justice_n that_o the_o precedent_n of_o the_o session_n shall_v be_v elect_v by_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o session_n these_o two_o point_n occasion_v a_o long_a debate_n at_o the_o end_n of_o which_o the_o draught_n of_o a_o act_n be_v bring_v in_o declare_v the_o method_n of_o name_v and_o admit_v the_o
