as_o apprising_n therefore_o his_o majesty_n with_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o estate_n of_o parliament_n statute_n ordain_v and_o declare_v that_o the_o superior_n of_o land_n annualrent_n and_o other_o adjudge_v shall_v not_o be_v hold_v to_o grant_v any_o charter_n for_o infeft_v the_o adjudger_n till_o such_o time_n as_o he_o be_v pay_v and_o satisfy_v of_o the_o year_n rend_v of_o the_o land_n and_o other_o adjudge_v in_o the_o same_o manner_n as_o in_o comprising_n and_o declare_v that_o in_o all_o case_n adjudication_n shall_v be_v in_o the_o like_a condition_n with_o comprising_n as_o to_o superior_n xix_o act_z concern_v the_o confirmation_n and_o quot_n of_o testament_n december_n 23_o 1669._o our_o sovereign_a lord_n with_o advice_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o estate_n of_o parliament_n statute_n and_o ordain_v that_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a to_o executor_n at_o the_o confirmation_n of_o the_o defunct_n testament_n to_o give_v up_o the_o debt_n owe_v be_v the_o defunct_a and_o that_o the_o quot_fw-la be_v only_o pay_v for_o the_o free_a geer_n the_o debt_n be_v always_o instruct_v with_o power_n to_o the_o say_n executor_n for_o instruct_v of_o the_o say_n debt_n before_o the_o commissar_n the_o time_n of_o confirmation_n to_o cite_v the_o creditor_n for_o production_n of_o the_o bond_n and_o instruction_n of_o their_o say_n debt_n and_o if_o the_o say_n creditor_n shall_v not_o produce_v the_o same_o and_o yet_o shall_v happen_v thereafter_o to_o seek_v payment_n from_o the_o executor_n that_o then_o and_o in_o that_o case_n the_o creditor_n shall_v be_v oblige_v to_o relieve_v the_o executor_n
