second_o session_n of_o this_o parliament_n restore_v the_o church_n to_o it_o be_v ancient_a and_o right_a government_n by_o archbishop_n and_o bishop_n and_o have_v redintigrate_v the_o estate_n of_o bishop_n to_o the_o exercise_n of_o their_o episcopal_a function_n and_o to_o all_o the_o privilege_n dignity_n jurisdiction_n and_o possession_n due_a and_o former_o belong_v thereunto_o and_o in_o further_a order_n to_o the_o settlement_n of_o the_o church_n and_o bring_v the_o minister_n to_o a_o due_a acknowledgement_n of_o and_o compliance_n with_o the_o government_n thereof_o thus_o establish_v by_o law_n his_o majesty_n with_o advice_n foresay_a have_v also_o statute_n and_o ordain_v that_o all_o these_o minister_n who_o enter_v to_o the_o cure_n of_o any_o paroch_n without_o right_n or_o presentation_n from_o the_o lawful_a patron_n in_o and_o since_o the_o year_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o and_o forty_o nine_o and_o shall_v not_o betwixt_o and_o the_o twenty_o of_o september_n last_o obtain_v presentation_n from_o their_o several_a patron_n and_o collation_n from_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n where_o they_o live_v shall_v have_v no_o right_n to_o the_o
