so_o hardy_a to_o contrive_v speak_v or_o tell_v any_o false_a news_n lie_n or_o other_o such_o like_o false_a thing_n of_o prelate_n duke_n earl_n barous_a and_o other_o noble_n and_o pear_n of_o of_o the_o great_a officer_n of_o this_o realm_n and_o that_o every_o such_o offender_n shall_v be_v take_v &_o imprison_v until_o such_o time_n as_o he_o have_v bring_v he_o or_o thenforth_o which_o do_v speak_v the_o same_o and_o where_o also_o at_o a_o parliament_n hold_v at_o cambridge_n in_o the_o xii_o year_n of_o the_o reign_n of_o the_o say_a king_n rycharde_n it_o be_v also_o enact_v that_o where_o any_o such_o offender_n as_o be_v aforesaid_a shall_v be_v take_v and_o imprison_v and_o can_v not_o find_v he_o of_o who_o he_o hear_v those_o news_n which_o he_o speak_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a that_o then_o the_o same_o speaker_n shall_v be_v punish_v by_o thaduise_n of_o the_o counsel_n as_o by_o the_o same_o act_n amongst_o other_o more_o plain_o do_v and_o may_v appear_v be_v it_o enact_v by_o thauctoritye_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o all_o and_o every_o the_o say_v former_a act_n and_o statute_n shall_v be_v and_o remain_n in_o their_o full_a force_n strength_n and_o effect_n toal_n
the_o say_a offence_n to_o ward_n there_o to_o remain_v without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n until_o he_o shall_v be_v deliver_v accord_v to_o this_o act_n provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o thauctorytye_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o manner_n of_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v be_v molest_v or_o impech_v for_o any_o of_o thoffence_n concern_v speak_v or_o report_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a oneles_a he_o or_o they_o be_v thereof_o accuse_v and_o convict_v within_o three_o month_n next_o after_o he_o or_o their_o say_a offence_n so_o commit_v or_o do_v and_o in_o case_n any_o person_n shall_v be_v impryson_v for_o any_o of_o the_o say_a offence_n concern_v speak_v or_o report_v and_o not_o thereof_o convict_v within_o three_o month_n next_o after_o his_o offence_n suppose_v to_o person_n so_o offend_v their_o procurer_n and_o abettor_n be_v thereof_o lawful_o convicte_n or_o attaint_v by_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n shall_v be_v deem_v and_o adjudge_v high_a traitor_n and_o that_o all_o and_o every_o such_o offence_n and_o offence_n shall_v be_v deem_v and_o adjudge_v high_a treason_n and_o the_o offendor_n and_o offender_n therein_o their_o procurer_n heir_n and_o such_o person_n &_o person_n as_o claim_v to_o any_o of_o their_o use_n all_o such_o right_n title_n interess_n possession_n leass_n rent_n revertion_n office_n &_o other_o profit_n which_o they_o or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v have_v at_o the_o day_n of_o the_o commit_v such_o treasone_n or_o at_o any_o time_n afore_o in_o as_o large_a &_o ample_a manner_n as_o if_o this_o act_n have_v never_o be_v have_v nor_o make_v provyde_v always_o and_o be_v it_o declare_v and_o enact_v by_o thauctoritie_n aforesaid_a that_o conceylement_n or_o keep_v secret_a of_o any_o high_a treason_n be_v deem_v and_o take_v only_o misprisyon_n of_o treason_n &_o the_o offender_n therein_o to_o forfeit_v and_o suffer_v as_o in_o case_n of_o misprision_n of_o treason_n have_v heretofore_o be_v use_v any_o thing_n above_o mention_v to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o provyde_v also_o that_o if_o it_o shall_v fortune_n hereafter_o any_o of_o the_o pear_n of_o this_o realm_n to_o be_v indict_v of_o any_o of_o the_o offence_n make_v treason_n or_o misprision_n of_o treason_n by_o this_o act_n that_o then_o the_o same_o pares_fw-la or_o pear_n so_o be_v indict_v shall_v be_v put_v
