expedition_n and_o the_o whole_a number_n to_o be_v complete_a within_o 4_o year_n from_o the_o 25_o day_n of_o march_n 1691._o li._n and_o that_o the_o say_a sum_n of_o 570000_o l._n may_v be_v particular_a account_n of_o the_o building_n and_o furnish_v the_o say_a ship_n liii_o out_o of_o the_o money_n so_o from_o time_n to_o time_n pay_v in_o one_o three_o part_n shall_v yearly_o be_v pay_v out_o towards_o the_o building_n and_o furnish_v the_o say_a ship_n and_o the_o commissioner_n of_o the_o treasury_n shall_v sign_v no_o warrant_n for_o issue_v out_o any_o part_n of_o the_o say_v three_o part_n to_o any_o but_o the_o treasurer_n of_o the_o navy_n or_o treasurer_n or_o paymaster_n of_o the_o ordnance_n express_v therein_o that_o the_o same_o be_v for_o building_n and_o furnish_v the_o say_v 27_o ship_n of_o war_n nor_o shall_v the_o auditor_n of_o the_o receipt_n draw_v any_o order_n for_o issue_v any_o part_n thereof_o otherwise_o then_o as_o aforesaid_a nor_o shall_v he_o direct_v or_o the_o clerk_n of_o the_o bell_n record_v or_o the_o teller_n pay_v any_o part_n thereof_o by_o virtue_n of_o any_o warrant_n or_o order_n otherwise_o then_o as_o aforesaid_a liv._o the_o treasurer_n of_o the_o navy_n and_o treasurer_n or_o paymaster_n of_o the_o ordnance_n may_v transfer_v any_o part_n thereof_o payable_a to_o they_o upon_o any_o order_n by_o endorsement_n upon_o such_o order_n and_o such_o assignee_n may_v assign_v toties_fw-la quoties_fw-la lv._o the_o treasurer_n of_o the_o navy_n and_o treasurer_n or_o paymaster_n of_o the_o ordnance_n three_o or_o more_o of_o they_o mention_v that_o it_o be_v for_o building_n and_o furnish_v the_o say_a ship_n nor_o shall_v the_o say_v principal_a officer_n and_o commissioner_n sign_v any_o warrant_n for_o pay_v any_o of_o the_o say_a money_n to_o any_o other_o use_v or_o purpose_n lvi_o any_o person_n may_v lend_v money_n upon_o the_o credit_n of_o two_o three_o part_n of_o the_o money_n to_o be_v bring_v in_o by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n not_o exceed_v 1000000_o l._n and_o have_v interest_n at_o the_o rate_n of_o 7_o l._n per_fw-la cent._n lvii_o and_o if_o the_o commissioner_n or_o governor_n of_o the_o excise_n refuse_v or_o neglect_v to_o pay_v in_o the_o say_a money_n as_o aforesaid_a or_o misapply_v any_o part_n thereof_o and_o if_o any_o officer_n belong_v to_o the_o exchequer_n navy_n or_o ordnance_n shall_v offend_v against_o any_o clause_n of_o this_o act_n or_o misapply_v any_o money_n contrary_a to_o the_o intent_n thereof_o they_o shall_v lose_v their_o place_n and_o be_v disable_v to_o execute_v any_o office_n or_o place_n of_o trust_n and_o shall_v pay_v the_o full_a value_n of_o any_o sum_n so_o misapply_v to_o any_o person_n who_o will_v sue_v for_o the_o same_o in_o any_o of_o their_o majesty_n court_n of_o record_n at_o westminster_n lviii_o and_o no_o stay_n of_o prosecution_n shall_v be_v admit_v by_o any_o court_n in_o any_o proceed_v for_o the_o recovery_n of_o any_o the_o penalty_n by_o this_o act_n inflict_v or_o for_o or_o in_o order_n to_o the_o conviction_n or_o disability_n of_o any_o person_n offend_v law_n in_o force_n upon_o debenture_n for_o good_n that_o shall_v be_v reshipt_v or_o for_o corn_n export_v or_o upon_o discount_n upon_o bond_n and_o of_o such_o allowance_n of_o damage_v good_n year_n 1691._o and_o to_o the_o build_n of_o three_o ship_n of_o the_o three_o rate_n to_o contain_v each_o 1050_o tun_n and_o for_o provide_v they_o furniture_n and_o to_o the_o pay_v for_o stores_n and_o victual_n for_o the_o navy_n and_o to_o the_o expense_n of_o the_o office_n of_o ordnance_n with_o respect_n to_o naval_a affair_n and_o to_o other_o necessary_a uses_n of_o the_o navy_n in_o appropriate_v to_o the_o payment_n of_o the_o land_n force_n and_o other_o charge_n relate_v thereunto_o and_o all_o other_o money_n payable_a into_o the_o exchequer_n by_o virtue_n of_o any_o of_o liver_n of_o they_o in_o such_o manner_n and_o by_o such_o rule_n and_o under_o such_o penalty_n as_o be_v direct_v by_o the_o say_a act_n and_o by_o another_o act_n in_o the_o 15_o year_n of_o the_o after_o that_o be_v not_o a_o holiday_n distinct_a from_o other_o money_n xxiii_o and_o there_o shall_v be_v provide_v in_o the_o exchequer_n in_o the_o office_n of_o the_o auditor_n of_o the_o receipt_n one_o book_n in_o which_o such_o money_n shall_v be_v enter_v apart_o and_o all_o person_n lend_v money_n upon_o the_o credit_n of_o this_o act_n shall_v have_v a_o tally_n of_o loan_n strike_v and_o a_o order_n for_o repayment_n bear_v date_n with_o the_o tally_n in_o which_o shall_v be_v a_o warrant_n for_o payment_n of_o interest_n according_a to_o the_o rate_n aforesaid_a to_o be_v pay_v every_o three_o month_n such_o order_n to_o be_v register_v in_o course_n without_o preference_n and_o all_o person_n shall_v be_v pay_v in_o course_n as_o their_o order_n stand_v enter_v and_o the_o say_a money_n not_o to_o be_v divertible_a to_o any_o other_o use_v or_o purpose_n and_o if_o the_o commissioner_n or_o governor_n of_o the_o excise_n do_v not_o pay_v in_o the_o say_a money_n as_o aforesaid_a or_o misapply_v any_o part_n thereof_o they_o shall_v forfeit_v their_o office_n and_o be_v uncapable_a of_o any_o office_n or_o place_n of_o trust_n and_o pay_v the_o full_a value_n of_o the_o sum_n misapply_v to_o he_o that_o will_v sue_v for_o the_o same_o no_o fee_n reward_n or_o gratuity_n shall_v be_v demand_v or_o take_v for_o provide_v or_o make_v any_o such_o register_n entry_n view_v or_o search_v in_o or_o for_o payment_n of_o money_n lend_v or_o the_o interest_n by_o any_o of_o their_o majesty_n officer_n their_o clerk_n or_o deputy_n on_o pain_n of_o payment_n of_o treble_a damage_n to_o the_o party_n grieve_v and_o cost_v of_o suit_n and_o the_o officer_n take_v such_o fee_n etc._n etc._n shall_v lose_v his_o place_n and_o if_o any_o undue_a to_o receive_v the_o same_o for_o their_o majesty_n use_n the_o sum_n of_o 50_o l._n and_o no_o more_o payment_n 50_o l._n for_o each_o licence_n and_o not_o to_o exceed_v 21_o year_n and_o 4_o l._n pay_v the_o yearly_a sum_n of_o 100000_o l._n to_o the_o say_a corporation_n may_v out_o of_o that_o detain_v so_o much_o as_o the_o say_a amerciament_n fine_n or_o issue_n amount_v unto_o xxiii_o corporation_n officer_n of_o the_o exchequer_n may_v satisfy_v the_o execution_n of_o a_o judgement_n against_o the_o corporation_n if_o any_o person_n shall_v obtain_v a_o judgement_n in_o any_o life_n to_o be_v nominate_v by_o the_o person_n or_o person_n so_o pay_v the_o same_o and_o that_o the_o life_n be_v nominate_v by_o the_o several_a contributor_n 1694_o the_o live_v to_o be_v nominate_v within_o 30_o day_n after_o the_o 29_o of_o sept_n 1694_o their_o executor_n or_o administrator_n or_o such_o as_o shall_v be_v employ_v by_o they_o to_o pay_v in_o the_o say_a sum_n who_o in_o respect_n of_o his_o public_a office_n or_o employment_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v entitle_v or_o entrust_v to_o make_v engross_v or_o write_v any_o record_n deed_n instrument_n or_o write_n by_o this_o act_n chargeable_a as_o aforesaid_a shall_v be_v guilty_a of_o any_o fraud_n or_o practice_n by_o make_v engross_a or_o write_v any_o such_o record_n deed_n instrument_n or_o write_v upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n not_o mark_v or_o upon_o which_o there_o shall_v not_o be_v some_o stamp_n or_o mark_n resemble_v the_o same_o or_o upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n stamp_v with_o this_o mark_n or_o stamp_v which_o he_o shall_v know_v to_o be_v counterfeit_v or_o upon_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n that_o shall_v be_v mark_v or_o stamp_v for_o a_o low_a duty_n as_o aforesaid_a every_o such_o officer_n etc._n etc._n so_o guilty_a and_o thereof_o lawful_o convict_v shall_v over_z and_z above_o the_o penalty_n aforesaid_a forfeit_v his_o office_n shall_v utter_v or_o sell_v any_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n with_o such_o counterfeit_a mark_n or_o impression_n know_v such_o mark_n or_o impression_n to_o be_v counterfeit_a than_o every_o such_o person_n so_o offend_v be_v thereof_o legal_o convict_v shall_v suffer_v death_n as_o a_o felon_n without_o benefit_n of_o clergy_n lii_o etc._n person_n to_o be_v appoint_v to_o inspect_v may_v have_v their_o election_n either_o to_o buy_v the_o same_o of_o the_o officer_n or_o person_n to_o be_v employ_v by_o the_o commissioner_n or_o to_o bring_v their_o own_o vellum_n parchment_n or_o paper_n to_o be_v stamp_v liv._o usual_o all_o deed_n writ_n etc._n etc._n to_o be_v write_v as_o usual_o all_o record_n writ_n plead_n and_o other_o proceed_n in_o court_n of_o law_n and_o equity_n and_o all_o deed_n instrument_n and_o write_n whatsoever_o hereby_o charge_v shall_v be_v ingross_v and_o write_v in_o such_o manner_n as_o they_o have_v be_v usual_o accustom_v to_o be_v write_v or_o be_v now_o write_v lv._o proclamation_n alteration_n of_o stamp_n to_o be_v by_o proclamation_n as_o often_o as_o their_o majesty_n shall_v think_v fit_a to_o alter_v or_o renew_v the_o
