wool_n woolflock_n fuller_n earth_n or_o full_a clay_n and_o also_o the_o owner_n of_o the_o say_a ship_n or_o vessel_n know_v such_o offence_n shall_v forfeit_v all_o their_o interest_n in_o the_o say_a ship_n or_o vessel_n with_o all_o their_o apparel_n and_o furniture_n to_o they_o and_o every_o of_o they_o belong_v and_o that_o the_o master_n and_o mariner_n thereof_o know_v such_o offence_n and_o witting_o and_o willing_o aid_v and_o assist_v thereunto_o shall_v forfeit_v all_o their_o good_n and_o chattel_n and_o have_v imprisonment_n for_o the_o space_n of_o three_o month_n without_o such_o effect_n to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n as_o if_o the_o same_o offence_n have_v be_v whole_o and_o altogether_o do_v and_o commit_v at_o and_o in_o such_o county_n provide_v always_o and_o landlord_n and_o owner_n of_o the_o house_n where_o the_o person_n use_v such_o trade_n shall_v sell_v and_o utter_a wine_n by_o retail_n nor_o shall_v the_o same_o be_v assignable_a nor_o in_o any_o wise_a beneficial_a or_o extensive_a to_o indempnifie_v any_o person_n against_o the_o penalty_n of_o this_o present_a act_n except_o the_o first_o taker_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o
